Digital Product Policy

All products sold by Resell Vault are digital goods that are delivered instantly (or within a short time frame) after purchase. Because digital content cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Before You Buy

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and any available demos before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us at ResellVault@gmail.com before buying.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued in the rare event that:

• You are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, or

• You do not receive access to your purchase due to a verified system error on our part.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.
